Data Deletion Instructions

RCORE ("we", "us", or "our") respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of the personal data we hold about you, including data processed through our messaging services on WhatsApp and other channels.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your data, send an email to:

Please include:

• The subject line "Data Deletion Request";
• The phone number associated with your WhatsApp messages (or the email address you used to contact us);
• Any additional detail that helps us identify your data.

What happens next

• We will acknowledge your request and may ask you to verify your identity, to protect your data from unauthorized deletion.
• We will delete the personal data we hold about you within 30 days of verifying your request.
• We will confirm once the deletion is complete.

What we delete

Upon a verified request, we delete the personal data associated with you that is stored in our systems, including your phone number, message content, and related metadata.

Exceptions

We may retain certain information where we are legally required or permitted to do so, for example, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our agreements. In such cases, we will delete or anonymize the remaining data once retention is no longer necessary.

Data held by Meta / WhatsApp

Some data may also be processed by Meta as the operator of the WhatsApp Business Platform. To manage data held by Meta or WhatsApp directly, please refer to Meta's and WhatsApp's own privacy and data deletion resources.
